The LED lamp is equipped with 5 LED's and is supplied per set of 2 pieces. Because of the 5 LED's you are assured that the lamp will shine all around. The LED lamp has a light output that can be compared with a 10w halogen lamp. The T10 LED lamp red can be used on 12 & 24 volts. This means that the red LED lamp is, for example, suitable for your car, truck or other type of vehicle. To ensure that the T10 LED lamp red fits, the original lamp fitted must be the same as that shown in picture 4. If it does not match, the LED lamp will not fit.

This quality mark means that the lamp will not cause any interference during activation, for example on your radio signal. In short, the LED lamp is perfect to use as interior lighting for your car or truck.

Installation of the T10 LED lamp:

To install the T10 LED lamp red in your vehicle, please follow the following steps:

1. Switch off the lighting of your vehicle.
2. Remove the old halogen lamp from the holder.
3. Place the T10 LED lamp in the holder.
4. Turn on your vehicle's lights and check if the LED bulb works. If the lamp does not work, turn the lamp a quarter turn.
5. The lighting is now ready for use.

Please note, these LED lamps are not CAN-Bus proof. This means that this lamp can report a defective lamp on your dashboard. This mainly applies to newer models of cars, trucks are often excluded. Additional lamps such as spotlights or skylights are also excluded from the CAN-Bus system.

Why does this T10 LED lamp not have an E-mark:

Replacement lamps must comply with European standards regarding safety, watertightness and the prevention of short circuits (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the incandescent and halogen lamps of the past. LED replacement lamps cannot meet those standards. The reason is because there is no filament in it. As a result, this LED lamp does not receive the ECE R37 quality mark and can therefore officially not be used on public roads. You may use this T10 LED plug-in lamp red 12/24 volts on, for example, your own terrain or in racing.
