Installation of the T10 LED lamp:

To install this T10 LED lamp red 24v, you must follow the following steps:

1. Switch off the lighting of your vehicle.
2. Take out the old 5W5 (image 3) halogen bulb.
3. Place the T10 LED lamp red in the holder.
4. Switch on the lighting of your vehicle and check if the LED lamp works. The lamp does not work? Then turn it a quarter turn.
5. The lighting is now ready for use.

Please note, these LED lamps are not CAN-Bus proof. This means that this lamp can report a defective lamp on your dashboard. This mainly applies to newer models of cars, trucks are often excluded. Additional lamps such as spotlights or skylights are also excluded from the CAN-Bus system.

Why does this T10 LED lamp not have an E-mark:

Replacement lamps must meet European standards for safety, water tightness and short circuit prevention (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the incandescent and halogen lamp of the past. LED replacement lamps cannot meet those standards. The reason is because there is no filament in it. As a result, this LED lamp does not receive the ECE R37 quality mark and may therefore not be used officially on public roads. You may use this 24v T10 LED lamp red on, for example, your own terrain or in racing.
